What do Cybersecurity Awareness and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Initiatives have in common?

Both DEI & Cyber Awareness are culture based.

  1. Both are about the "common good" and are everyone's business.

  2. Cyber attacks leverage our "unconscious bias", just like DEI requires us to be aware and manage our biases

  3. Cyber Threats are inclusive of all personnel, from C-Suite to end-user and do not discriminate.
